Operations Assistant & Club Administrator
Allie Solano serves as the Operations Assistant and Club Administrator for all three Elite clubs: Morris Elite Soccer Club (NJ), Naples Elite Soccer Club (FL), and Annapolis Elite Soccer Club (MD). In her role, Allie oversees day-to-day operations across the clubs, ensuring clear communication, organized programming, and a positive experience for players, families, and staff.
She plays a key role in managing registrations, tryouts, scheduling, and club communications, while also supporting coaches and directors to keep each club running smoothly. Allie works closely with families throughout the year, serving as a primary point of contact and helping guide them through the club process from initial interest to full participation.
As a former soccer player who competed from youth through the college level, Allie has a lifelong love for the game and is excited to be a part of the soccer community again. She brings both passion for the sport and a strong commitment to supporting players and families across all three clubs.
